Request deletion of your OwlCal account and the data associated with it. You can also do this inside the app: Family → Delete my account.
Submitting sends the request to the admin of your family account for review. If you are the family admin, your family's shared data is removed when the account is deleted.
Approving the request permanently removes your member profile and the content you created - events, list items, meal entries, and journal posts you authored - along with your login credentials and any device push tokens. This cannot be undone. Deleting the last admin of a family removes the whole family's data.
We may retain minimal records required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, and brief operational logs kept by our hosting providers, for no longer than necessary. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Email support@getsignout.com and we'll complete any deletion or data request within 30 days.
